Alan and Caleb at Top Island Construction just finished up a large (for us) reno that consisted of completely tearing down a large concrete deck and the storage room built underneath it to replace with a completely new vinyl deck, and refinishing the exterior house wall under it. We are extremely pleased with all aspects! They did a phenomenal job with the construction and craftmanship. They were both highly knowledgeable and honest about required adjustments as the project went along. Alan was also very cognizant of sticking to the quoted price he provided, and was able to stay within that quote even with a few unexpected extras that popped up. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed our project in a very timely manner. And to top it off - they are both really great guys on a personal level. We absolutely will hire them back for future projects and HIGHLY recommend them.

I reached out to Top Island Construction regarding my shed, within two days they were able to take a look at it and gave me honest feedback that it wasn’t worth saving and for cost saving- it would be best to get a Costco plastic shed. Appreciated his honesty and tips on how to remove my shed. Would definitely recommend them.

Alan replaced the wood siding on 2 sides of my west coast house, including repairing structural issues from water leaks. Alan provided clear estimates for each side project, communicated days of work (re weather challenges at the time), and improved all the possible water pooling points.
